Job summary

Rhoda AI is building generalist intelligent robots with a full-stack approach spanning hardware, software, and foundation models. The DevOps role focuses on owning production systems, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure to accelerate research and deployment of robot capabilities.

The candidate should have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong programming skills (Python, C++, Rust, Go), and experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Linux in cloud and embedded contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps / SRE / platform / infra with ownership of production systems.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, Rust, Go.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipeline; instrument and monitor CI jobs, and iteratively improve it.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure around build artifacts and dependencies storage.
• Build and improve cloud and GPU cluster infrastructure to support daily research and software development.
• Improve our MLOps training and deployment path: checkpoint registry/DB, model artifact promotion, and rollout to inference/robot endpoints.
• Improve our infrastructure observability.
• Harden security and multi-tenancy.
