Job summary

Rhoda AI is building the next generation of generalist robots, with the full stack from high-performance hardware to world-model infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines and the surrounding production infra to accelerate research.

You will own build artifact storage, cloud and GPU clusters, and deployment paths for ML models, while enforcing security, multi-tenancy, and observable, reliable operations in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/infra with production ownership.
• Proficient in Python, C++, Rust, Go.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with build systems for cloud infra and embedded systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and OTA artifact delivery systems.
• Comfortable with Linux environments.
• Self-starter, able to handle ambiguity and prioritize independently.
• Effective cross-functional communication in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipeline and CI jobs.
• Manage infrastructure around build artifacts and dependencies storage.
• Build and improve cloud and GPU cluster infrastructure to support daily research.
• Improve MLOps training and deployment path, including artifact promotion and rollout to endpoints.
• Improve infrastructure observability.
• Harden security & multi-tenancy.
