Job summary
Akkadian Labs is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will drive reliability, observability, and automation in collaboration with development, QA, and product teams.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS expertise, IaC proficiency with Terraform/CloudFormation, and a track record of secure, scalable systems in enterprise settings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE.
- Expertise with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- In-depth knowledge of Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Strong Linux background and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; automation zeal.
- Security-focused DevOps practice with SOC2/ISO awareness.
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads and model pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability and speed.
- Monitor and improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Manage IaC across AWS and hybrid/on‑prem environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA for dependable deployments.
