Job summary

Keyfactor seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to streamline developer operations and support software releases with automation, reliability, and security at the core.

The role spans on-prem and cloud environments, emphasizing IaC, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitLab, ArgoCD, and related tools.

Collaborate across teams to refine deployment strategies and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT infra experience.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting, version control, and infra automation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Ability to lead complex projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
• Architect and manage scalable containerization and orchestration solutions.
• Drive CI/CD improvements to optimize workflows.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, availability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment strategies.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical initiatives.
