Job summary

Turing is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems for AI workloads. You will own end-to-end cloud design, drive decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure security, reliability, and performance across multiple services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ownership of cloud infrastructure and DevOps systems.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infra and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced expertise in cloud platforms, containers, orchestration and IaC.
• Experience building highly available, secure, and cost-optimized infra.
• Proven ability to design CI/CD for distributed AI/ML workloads.
• Understanding of LLMOps, AI model deployment, monitoring and performance.
• Knowledge of AI observability, latency, costs, drift, and alerting.
• Experience with infra security, compliance controls and secure deployment.
• Understanding AI endpoint security risks like prompt injection and leakage.
• Experience leading design reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities
