Job summary

Turing is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for AI who will lead a small team delivering custom AI/data solutions for enterprise clients. You will stay hands-on, shaping architecture, data stack, and infrastructure while driving delivery end-to-end.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance, and ensure timely delivery in a fast, iterative environment. The role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading teams in startup or fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on technical strength—able to code and deliver.
• Data fluency with data analysis, cleansing, and enrichment.
• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading a team.
• Bachelor’s or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Backgrounds in AI, data science, or data engineering are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, stepping in to build, operate data, configure the stack, or set up infrastructure when needed.
• Guide the team on architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Run engineering planning with clear specs and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep projects aligned.
