Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote US team (Eastern Time Zone). You will help operate, scale, and secure our SaaS cloud infrastructure while driving AI-enabled automation and cost optimization.

The role emphasizes collaboration across an inclusive, fast-paced engineering culture and mentorship of engineers on system design. You will work in a multinational Platform Engineering group focused on automating development and operations to deliver reliable software faster.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps/Operations engineer in a SaaS environment.
• Linux systems experience and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes and major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong IaC expertise with Terraform.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate infra delivery with safety, validation, and ROI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, scale, and secure Bitsight's SaaS cloud infrastructure.
• Design and solve complex, system-level issues across components.
• Pioneer AI-enabled infrastructure automation with严格 validation and ROI controls.
• Improve team efficiency by breaking down problems into parallel work streams and guiding design discussions.
• Mentor senior engineers on system design and promote best practices.
