Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a Senior Technology Development Operations Manager to lead a team responsible for DevOps, IaC, and CI/CD across hybrid cloud environments. You will design and deploy scalable infrastructure, prioritize security, and partner with development teams to accelerate product delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in cloud infrastructure and 2+ years in management, with strong AWS/Azure, Terraform, and containerization expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
• 2+ years in exempt/management roles
• Proficiency in AWS or Azure architecture, configuration, and security
• CI/CD pipeline design with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Strong Terraform expertise with advanced workflows
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools
• Hands-on with .NET Core containers on Linux and scripting
• Knowledge of MS SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Experience with APM tools and IaC security tools

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for scalable, hybrid cloud infrastructure and platform integrations
• Manage and maintain DevOps environment components
• Develop Terraform IaC modules and CI/CD pipelines
• Advance DevOps/DevSecOps maturity and governance
• Collaborate with development and data teams to deploy products
• Mentor team members on IaC, containers, and CI/CD
• Oversee staffing, time logs, and HR processes
