Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to design and operate secure CI/CD pipelines, platform tooling, and IaC for government cloud systems. You will build automation, ensure Linux hardening, and embed security compliance (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP) from the start.

You’ll own pipeline architecture, infrastructure components, and identity/network security, delivering measurable deployment improvements and reusable code across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or cloud platform engineering experience with production CI/CD pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with RHEL/CentOS systems administration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+, CISSP, CASP, or equivalent)

• Design and operate secure CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code across platform components
• Perform Linux/RHEL systems administration and hardening
• Incorporate security controls and compliance into deployment pipelines by default
• Deliver reliable, well‑documented platform operations and runbooks
