Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a cloud-focused engineer to design and maintain scalable AWS-based architectures. The role requires hands-on experience with Linux, serverless services, and containerized deployments, plus familiarity with CI/CD tools and security controls.

The candidate will work with Jenkins, CDK, CloudFormation, and IAM, building robust, secure cloud solutions for US federal clients across defense, civilian, and health sectors. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Linux, to include administration of applications and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience with DevOps Tools to include JIRA, Confluence, or Github.
• Proficient with AWS managed services EC2 (ELB, AMI, ASG), Route 53, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, StepFunctions, Fargate, etc. to build, deploy, and manage serverless architectures.
• Experience deploying application stacks utilizing Jenkins pipelines in Groovy, CloudFormation, and Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
• Understanding of various web application authentication mechanisms, including SAML, OIDC, PKI, basic auth, etc.
