Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a DevOps Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructures across multiple environments. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to optimize containerized deployments and ensure scalable, secure operations.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud deployment, strong CI/CD experience, scripting skills, and hands-on use of IaC tools and monitoring stacks. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience deploying, managing, and/or securing applications in a cloud environment.
• CI/CD pipelines and tools experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Understanding of AWS IaaS services.
• DoD 8140 compliance (Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain automated build, integration, and deployment pipelines for multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of containerized environments.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot containerized environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CI / CD pipeline tools and strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of new applications and practices.
• Ensure security best practices are followed when implementing new applications in secure environments.
• Automate deployment and scaling processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for introduced applications.
