Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment automation for cloud-based systems supporting government programs.

You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to keep deployments fast, reliable, and secure, applying infrastructure-as-code and monitoring practices with DoD 8140 compliance as a baseline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, or securing applications in a cloud environment including CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible).
• 1+ year of experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• DoD 8140 compliance (Security+, CISSP, or CASP) required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized apps.
• Automate deployment and scaling of cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring and logging for deployed services.
• Develop IaC to support pipelines and environment configs.
• Follow security best practices in deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot containerized environments and deployment issues

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
