Optomi is seeking a Senior/Lead DevOps/Cloud Engineer to modernize a hybrid environment spanning on‑prem and cloud. The role focuses on Azure DevOps, Terraform, and automation to drive scalable standards across the org.

The candidate should own technical solutions end-to-end, assess gaps, and drive implementations with minimal oversight. Strong scripting and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Automation.
• Senior/Lead level ownership of DevOps initiatives and solutions.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps CI/CD and YAML pipelines.
• Hands-on with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Automation of on‑prem and Azure/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing DevOps and infra to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement new automation across on‑premises and Azure/cloud environments.
• Build and improve Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based).
• Implement Terraform IaC and reusable automation standards.
• Lead governance, guardrails, and best practices for DevOps.
• Develop scripts to streamline provisioning, deployments, and operations.
