Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to own CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies across OpenShift clusters. The role emphasizes automation, secure software delivery, and scalable infrastructure supporting Python and React JS applications.

You will manage Postgres schemas, Helm charts, and Kafka messaging, ensuring observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling in production environments.
Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and secure software supply chains.

Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: design, build, and maintain automated pipelines using Harness, Github, Tekton, and Lightspeed.
OpenShift Deployments: manage deployments with blue-green, canary, and rolling updates.
Database Management: oversee Postgres databases and Liquibase migrations.
Helm Chart Lifecycle Management: author, version, and release Helm charts, manage in Artifactory.
Kafka/Messaging Operations: oversee topics, partitioning, and access control.
Container Governance and Security: integrate image scanning (Snyk/Checkmarx) and manage container lifecycle in Artifactory.
Observability Stack Build-out: build dashboards and alerts with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk.
