Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New Castle, Delaware, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the CI/CD pipeline and oversee OpenShift deployments for the IDP Studio Passport processing platform. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across the stack.

The role requires hands-on expertise in container orchestration, observability, and database governance, with a focus on reliability, performance, and security for a system leveraging LLM-based document processing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering role.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and build processes for Python/React apps.
• DB management for Postgres and migrations with Liquibase.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience with Helm charts and artifact management.
• Operational Kafka experience and security scanning awareness.
• Strong observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Splunk.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for IDP platform.
• Manage OpenShift deployments and deployment strategies.
• Oversee Postgres databases and Liquibase migrations.
• Lead Helm chart development and lifecycle.
• Operate Kafka messaging and tuning.
• Enforce container governance and security tooling.
• Build out observability stack with monitoring and logging.
