Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the IDP platform, including CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift deployments, and database/messaging operations. You will ensure reliability, security, and scalability for LLM-based document processing.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Kubernetes/OpenShift experience, and proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Splunk. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Castle, DE.

Qualifications

4+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering role.
Hands-on with two or more of Harness, Tekton, Lightspeed (LSE) and build processes for Python/React JS.

Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline ownership: design, build, and automate pipelines.
OpenShift deployments: manage deployments and strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling).
Database management: Postgres and Liquibase migrations.
Helm chart lifecycle management: authoring, versioning, release management.
Kafka/messaging operations: topic management, partitioning, access control, tuning.
Container governance and security: image scanning and Artifactory lifecycle.
Observability stack build-out: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk; dashboards and alerts.
