Job summary

o9 is seeking a Senior DevOps Architect to lead architecture, design, and optimization of our DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure. You will serve as a technical authority, guiding tooling, multi-cloud strategy, and platform engineering practices across teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive infrastructure automation, and champion secure, scalable delivery pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and modern CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of scalable, secure, high-performing DevOps solutions supporting enterprise-grade deployment pipelines.
• Define and own the DevOps reference architecture - standards, patterns, and guardrails across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
• Develop, evaluate, select, and integrate tools across CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, monitoring, and security.
• Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and testing pipelines; champion IaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for rapid, reliable delivery.
• Champion AI-powered DevOps tooling and AI-assisted code review, testing, and AIOps-driven incident detection.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps practices, cloud-native patterns, and platform engineering.
• Conduct architecture reviews and align DevOps with product leadership.
