Job summary

iA (Innovation Associates) seeks a senior Infrastructure/DevOps leader to own the internal environment automation, from VM provisioning through CI/CD and the GitHub platform. You will write Terraform and Ansible code weekly, manage a small team, and drive a strategic shift to an image-based VM delivery model.

You will champion a cohesive IaC approach, build reusable pipeline blocks, and push agentic tooling while ensuring verifications and reliability across environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure/DevOps/platform engineering with hands-on leadership
• Hands-on with programmatic hypervisor management via APIs/Terraform providers
• GitHub platform experience: Actions pipelines, runners, org administration
• Experience consolidating inconsistent automation into a managed IT system

Responsibilities

• Own programmatic environment provisioning across hypervisors (Proxmox/VMware) via APIs and providers
• Consolidate IaC into a coherent codebase with proper state/secrets management
• Own CI/CD and GitHub Platform: standards, protections, runners, and packaging
• Build and maintain VM appliance delivery pipelines (installer→ VM) and lifecycle
• Lead a small infra/DevOps team while coding weekly
• Foster AI-native infrastructure practices with verification discipline
