Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to lead automation strategy and tool development for software releases. You will architect automation and support DevOps initiatives across Development and Infrastructure, with a focus on cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience designing DevOps automation and monitoring in Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of deployment automation, cloud, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven ability to work with both development and operations teams using Agile methods.
• Familiarity with API programming and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for automation direction for DevOps teams.
• Define architecture and tools used for automation.
• Automate manual deployment and monitoring tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment automation and testing.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across environments and provide escalation support.
• Collaborate with operations and development to maintain automation in DevOps.
• Develop and maintain tools for DevOps areas.
• Participate in an Agile development team to enable collaboration.
• Assist with migrating on-prem applications to Azure cloud.
