AGE Solutions is seeking a Lead Software Technology Engineer (DevSecOps) – Senior to join our DoD-focused team in Philadelphia, PA. You will design and drive a modern, secure DevSecOps framework, guiding migration from legacy systems to microservices and cloud-native architectures.

As a hands-on architect, you will mentor engineers, set architectural guardrails, and build scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools to ensure fast, secure software delivery for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience leading migrations of complex web-based applications to modern stacks.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and lead architecture for modernizing legacy medical logistics apps.
Establish software architecture methodologies and guardrails with TDD and SDLC toolchains.
Guide migration to microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Angular.
Provide CI/CD guidance for secure automated build, tests, and releases.
Collaborate with DoD/government teams and SMEs to implement Domain-Driven Design.
