AGE Solutions is seeking a Lead Software Technology Engineer (DevSecOps) – Senior to join our DoD-focused team in Philadelphia, PA. You will design and drive a modern, secure DevSecOps framework, guiding migration from legacy systems to microservices and cloud-native architectures.

As a hands-on architect, you will mentor engineers, set architectural guardrails, and build scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools to ensure fast, secure software delivery for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading migrations of complex web-based applications to modern stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and lead architecture for modernizing legacy medical logistics apps.
• Establish software architecture methodologies and guardrails with TDD and SDLC toolchains.
• Guide migration to microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Angular.
• Provide CI/CD guidance for secure automated build, tests, and releases.
• Collaborate with DoD/government teams and SMEs to implement Domain-Driven Design.
