Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience designing DevOps architecture in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and release management experience.
• Linux and Windows environments with troubleshooting expertise.
• Automation using PowerShell or Python or similar scripting.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise for cloud-native platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and config management tools like Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
• Knowledge of microservices, security, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction for DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
• Lead automated CI/CD pipelines and release workflows across teams.
• Define standards for source control, branching, and deployment practices.
• Design IaC solutions for provisioning environments and security in pipelines.
• Advise on containerized and cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response in production.
• Mentor engineers and promote automation, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost-efficient, scalable, and reliable platform delivery.
