Job summary

Encoura is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, security, and reliability across production, staging, and testing environments.

You will partner with product teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and monitoring, leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure services. You will mentor others, lead IaC adoption, and drive improvements in cost modeling and tooling.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize security, reliability and scalability
• Provide day-to-day operational support of applications on Azure
• Lead DevOps initiatives and automate deployment pipelines across environments
• Mentor peers and contribute to architecture decisions
