Job summary

Roku is seeking a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and drive device sell-through across retail, e-tail, and DTC channels. This senior role partners with Roku’s Retail Sales and Strategy team, operating at the intersection of brand, product, and cross-channel marketing execution.

You will turn channel priorities and business goals into high-impact programs, owning strategy, playbooks, and results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years marketing experience with emphasis on sales/ shopper/ channel marketing
• Deep expertise in retail marketing with planograms and in-store marketing practices
• Experience optimizing e-tail channels (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy) and conducting A/B tests
• Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and ROI measurement
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic, cohesive marketing strategy across major retail moments
• Serve as senior marketing partner to Retail Sales & Strategy leadership
• Develop in-store merchandising, fixture and display programs, signage, and messaging
• Lead e-tail marketing strategy across key retailers in partnership with other teams
• Run structured A/B tests to optimize product listings and offers
• Guide retailer co-op and MDF budgets with focus on high-ROI programs
• Drive Roku.com sales marketing with distinct value propositions and offers
• Lead continuous test-and-learn across creative, promotions, and audience targeting
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Finance, Retail Sales, and Marketing leadership to align with device strategy
• Interface with VP and C-suite, presenting strategy and results with clarity
