Job summary

Roku seeks a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy for device sell-through across retail, e-tail, and DTC channels. You will partner with Retail Sales and Strategy to align programs with channel goals and drive conversions.

This senior role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution across brand, product, and cross-channel marketing, with responsibilities spanning plan development, experimentation, and ROI tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on sales, shopper, and channel marketing.
• Retail marketing expertise including planograms and in-store display and messaging.
• Proven track record driving sales through e-tail channels and DTC.
• Ability to manage large marketing budgets with clear ROI and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic marketing strategy and major retail moments across channels.
• Partner with Retail Sales & Strategy leadership to align programs with channel goals.
• Develop in-store merchandising, fixture and display programming, and messaging approaches.
• Lead e-tail marketing across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and others.
