Job summary

Roku in Austin is seeking a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for retail, e-tail, and DTC channels. You will shape plans with senior leaders across Retail Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to drive device sell-through and improve conversions across multiple channels.

You will own the strategy, build the playbook, and lead cross‑functional execution, including in‑store merchandising, promotions, and data-driven experimentation to optimize ROI and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with emphasis on sales/retail/channel marketing.
• Deep expertise in retail marketing, planograms, and in-store execution with major retailers.
• Experience translating channel priorities into high-impact programs and initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving measurable sales via e-tail and DTC channels, including A/B testing.
• Ability to manage large marketing budgets with accountability for ROI and performance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design tests, interpret results, and translate data into strategy.
• Comfort presenting to VP- and C-suite audiences and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic marketing strategy across major retail moments and channels.
• Partner with Retail Sales and Strategy to align programs with channel goals.
• Lead in-store merchandising, display programming, signage, and messaging.
• Drive e-tail marketing across retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.).
• Lead structured A/B tests on product listings, promotions, and placements.
• Guide budgeting decisions and ensure ROI across initiatives.
• Develop Roku.com value propositions and direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Finance, and Marketing leadership for alignment
• Communicate strategy and results to senior leadership.
