Roku is seeking a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for device sell-through across retail, e-tail, and DTC channels. You will own strategy, build the playbook, and drive results, partnering with Retail Sales and Strategy leaders to align marketing with channel goals across major retailers and Roku.com.

You will manage large budgets, run structured tests, and lead cross‑functional teams with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on sales/ shopper/ channel marketing.
• Deep expertise in retail marketing including planograms and in-store execution.
• Experience driving e-tail optimization and conversions through tests and promotions.
• Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic marketing strategy across retail, e-tail and DTC channels.
• Partner with Retail Sales and Strategy leadership to align programs with channel goals.
• Develop in-store merchandising, messaging, and signage to drive sales.
• Lead e-tail strategy for major retailers in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Run structured A/B tests to optimize listings, offers, and creative content.
• Guide retailer co-op and MDF budgets with disciplined ROI tracking.
• Drive Roku.com marketing, crafting value propositions and promotions.
• Lead a test‑and‑learn program for creative effectiveness and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Finance, and Marketing leadership to align strategies.
