Job summary

Roku is seeking a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead device marketing across retail, e‑tail, and DTC. You will own and optimize marketing strategy for major shopping moments, align programs with channel goals, and drive conversion through testing and data‑driven initiatives.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to craft in‑store and online experiences, manage budgets, and present results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing with emphasis on sales, shopper, or channel marketing.
• Deep expertise in retail marketing and major retail partners.
• Experience driving e-tail optimization and AB testing across online retailers.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing and promotions design.
• Strong ROI tracking and budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and execution for major retail moments across all sales channels.
• Align programs with channel strategies and sales goals across retail, e-tail, and DTC.
• Develop in-store merchandising, fixtures, and signage to maximize space and sales.
• Lead e-tail strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy with other teams.
• Lead AB tests on product listings, promotions, and creative content to optimize conversions.
• Guide retailer co-op and MDF budgets with ROI tracking and rigorous spend allocation.
• Drive Roku.com sales marketing with value propositions and promos for direct buys.
• Partner with Product, Creative, Finance, and Sales leadership for channel alignment.
• Present strategy and results to VP- and C-suite with clarity.
