Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an on-site Device Integration Engineer to optimize transistor performance and maximize parametric yield across new technologies. You will work with Module Integration and Process Architecture teams to drive transistor performance and targeting conditions for next-generation devices.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/related field (MS/PhD a plus) and 3+ years in semiconductors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical, or Material Science engineering required.
• Masters or PhD is a plus.
• 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Target transistor-focused Electrical Test trends to specs and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze inline metrology and FDC data to Electrical Test and yield impact.
• Own Parametric Yield and WAT management for one or more accounts/products.
• Execute experiments to optimize transistor performance/variation for improved yield.
• Drive task forces to resolve yield, performance, or reliability issues.
• Support unit processes and process integration with device-impact evaluations.
