Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Device Integration Engineer to optimize transistor performance and targeting for new 14nm derivatives. You will collaborate with Module Integration and Process Architecture to improve yield, reliability, and manufacturability.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related engineering field and 3+ years in semiconductors; Masters/PhD is a plus. Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 with competitive benefits, on-site work, and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials or related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience meeting customer/industry specifications through tech milestones.

Responsibilities

• Target transistor performance and optimize yield and reliability.
• Analyze ET trends and process interactions to meet specs.
• Own Parametric Yield and WAT management for accounts/products.
• Run experiments to improve transistor performance and variation.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve yield or reliability issues.
