Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Postdoctoral or industrial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree may be considered with 6 years hands‑on MSD experience.
• Minimum of 4 years hands‑on laboratory experience; immunoassay development in an industrial environment desired; supervisory/management experience desired.
• Strong publication record desired.
• Experience in analyzing data required.

Responsabilités

• Develops, designs, and executes experiments to support research and product development.
• Prepares experimental procedures, maintains lab notebooks and records.
• Analyzes data and prepares tables/graphs; presents findings to peers and managers.
• Troubleshoots and optimizes experiments and communicates solutions.
• Works cross-functionally with other business units on projects.
