Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented self-starter, able to work independently.
• Experience developing corporate relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage sustainable volunteer committees to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers across multiple events.
• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Travel up to 60% within the territory to support events and partnerships.
