Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search is seeking a Development Project Manager in Denver, CO to lead onsite construction for our Self-Managed Construction team. You will coordinate planning, design, scheduling, and resource allocation, reporting to VP of Construction and Assistant PM.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, subcontractors, and approvals with city agencies; directing OAC meetings; ensuring safety and quality; and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of development, construction, or design project management experience.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities for development projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and subcontractors; report progress to leadership.
• Interface with city agencies for permits and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety; prepare progress reports.
