Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent CM experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, multifamily preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting and execution from start to finish.
• Prepare, monitor and update monthly construction schedules.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors and operations to maximize productivity.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate material tracking, r sponses to RFI and change orders.
