Job summary

City Kids Wilderness Project in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead strategic fundraising efforts, steward major donors, and grow a sustainable giving pipeline. The role reports to the Director of Development and works with a Jackson, WY-based advisor, the ED and Board to support budget goals and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of development and fundraising experience.
• Experience with moves management and donor cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Donor development and relationship management with a focus on major donors.
• Grants, campaigns, and events planning and execution.
• Development operations including CRM and reporting.
• Communications support including newsletters and collateral.
• Collaborate with Board, leadership, and program staff.
