Blue Ridge Health is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead and grow a comprehensive philanthropy program in Western North Carolina. You will cultivate donor relationships, guide major gifts, annual giving, and capital initiatives, and partner with Communications to tell stories of impact.
You’ll help shape capital campaigns, set fundraising goals, and build a sustainable donor pipeline, while enabling a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
Blue Ridge Health is looking for an experienced development professional excited to do more than meet fundraising goals. This newly created leadership position offers the right person a distinct opportunity to shape the future of philanthropy at Blue Ridge Health. You won’t simply step into someone else’s playbook; you will bring your own experience and ideas to strengthen what works, build what’s needed, and help define how we engage donors and philanthropic partners for years to come.
You will join us at a time of significant growth and possibility, with opportunities to help lead future capital initiatives, expand major giving, and share the impact of Blue Ridge Health across Western North Carolina.
