The Nature Conservancy in Santa Fe, NM seeks an Associate Director of Development II to manage a donor portfolio, cultivate relationships, and execute multi-year fundraising strategies for local and global priorities. You will work with the Development Team and program leaders to build pipelines and deliver results.

Responsibilities include 60–100 donor portfolio management, 75–110 visits, and 180–300 moves annually, with a fundraising goal of $1,000,000 or more.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years related fundraising experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 60–100 donors, including donors with capacity to give over $250,000.
• Conduct 75–110 visits and 180–300 moves annually.
• Meet or exceed annual fundraising goal of $1,000,000 or more, including bequest notifications.
