Job summary

Launch Development Finance Advisors is seeking an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic Senior Manager to lead a team of real estate professionals in our Dallas–Fort Worth office. The preferred candidate will have private-sector experience in real estate development, real estate finance, and/or public finance.

Experience with Municipal Utility Districts, Public Improvement Districts, or Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones is preferred.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities.
• Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or real estate development.
• 10+ years private-sector experience in development/public finance or related fields.
• Experience with Texas MUDs, PIDs, or TIRZs.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of real estate professionals in the Dallas–Fort Worth office.
• Research and evaluate data to support financial feasibility analyses for development financing.
• Represent clients in negotiations with governmental entities and advisors.
• Ensure work products align with Launch policies and budgets.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
