Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in fundraising or sales management.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed fundraising goals.
• Strong partnerships with corporate leaders and senior volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct assigned staff to reach goals, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Meet/exceed annual revenue goals for the Richmond market.
• Engage and mobilize corporate and community leaders for Heart Ball leadership.
• Lead sponsorships and relationships to achieve campaign goals.
• Oversee budgeting and cross-functional market strategies.
