• Experience leading and developing a large team of fundraisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and oversee portfolio management to drive major gifts.
• Coach and develop Directors of Development and frontline fundraisers.
• Collaborate with Deans and academic leaders to align fundraising with institutional priorities.
• Drive campaign planning and execution in support of UNR’s goals.
