Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with five or more years in donor relations, development or fundraising.
- Master’s Degree with three or more years in related professional work.
- Experience supervising professional staff in higher education or large nonprofit contexts.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive donor relations program.
- Lead efforts to acknowledge, report impact, and engage donors effectively.
- Supervise a professional team and collaborate with campus partners and fundraising staff.
- Use data, technology, and metrics to demonstrate philanthropic impact and advance goals.
