Job summary

University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Executive Director of the UNLV Alumni Association. This role leads the university's alumni program within the Division of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE), driving strategy, engagement metrics, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in alumni engagement, higher education leadership, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for UNLV's alumni engagement program.
• Oversee the alumni engagement strategy, participation growth, and volunteer leadership development.
• Lead assessment, metrics, and benchmarking against peer institutions using CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics.
• Supervise the Director of Alumni Engagement, Director of Advocacy, and other staff; manage budget and cross-campus collaboration.
• Represent the Division of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement at events and with university leadership.
