Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Development Coordinator to join the Giving and Fundraising Administration teams. The role provides comprehensive fundraising support, including moves management, donor/prospect research, event planning, and coordinating gift processing.

Responsibilities span donor communications, data integrity in the TRAX system, and collaboration with multiple offices to improve processes and drive successful fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5+ years of related fundraising experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support moves management and donor/prospect research.
• Plan and execute cultivation and stewardship events.
• Maintain donor data in TRAX and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare donor proposals, budgets and related materials.
• Draft, edit and proof communications for donors.
• Coordinate gift agreements and gift processing tasks.
• Collaborate across Development and other offices to improve processes.
• Provide frontline administrative and project support as needed.
