Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Development Manager to advance pipeline data practices across the organization, partnering with the Giving team to translate data into actionable insights for fundraising strategy and portfolio progression.

The role focuses on establishing policies, rules, and workflows, while leveraging AI and automation to streamline executive deliverables and improve overall fundraising performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5–7+ years in a university/medical center/healthcare/non-profit or comparable corporate setting.
• MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies, business rules, workflows and processes for pipeline data strategy.
• Monitor adherence to pipeline data policies and processes.
• Provide timely, accurate opportunity and portfolio insights to inform fundraising strategy, prioritization, and executive decision-making.
• Support EVP-level data and information needs by providing insights and materials.
• Collaborate with data strategy, analytics, and systems partners to translate needs into rules, data requirements, and workflows.
• Maintain data integrity and conduct audits to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
• Support AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics to strengthen fundraising intelligence.
• Serve as a resource on pipeline data standards and provide training and onboarding as needed.
• Maintain awareness of emerging practices in fundraising intelligence and data governance.
