Infor seeks a Senior Dev Business Analyst to join our Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business problems, design data-driven solutions, and influence strategic decisions that accelerate growth and efficiency across Infor's enterprise landscape.

You will lead end-to-end analysis initiatives, document requirements and workflows, and provide robust ROI analyses to support senior leadership.

Formación

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy within SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize challenges.
• Lead end-to-end analysis initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Design and document business requirements, workflows, and specs.
• Provide ROI analysis and robust business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations to implement solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across functions.
• Facilitate workshops and data discovery sessions with stakeholders.
