Job summary

Infor seeks a Senior Program Manager in Atlanta to own delivery execution across Data Fabric, migration services, and Process Intelligence. You will be the accountable owner for the integrated delivery plan, release readiness, and operating metrics used to guide product investments.

You’ll collaborate with product management, architecture, engineering, QA, and services teams across India, EMEA, and North America.

Qualifications

• Program management or project management experience in software product development.
• Experience coordinating with external customer commitments and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and roadmap tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan across three workstreams: Data Fabric, migration services, and Process Intelligence.
• Maintain roadmap-to-backlog traceability with epics, owners, sizing, and release targets.
• Run release planning, readiness reviews, and go/no-go governance.
• Manage risks, issues, and cross-product dependencies with clear escalation paths.
• Program-manage customer migrations from discovery to cutover and hypercare.
• Define and report portfolio delivery metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
