Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with donor databases (e.g., Network for Good, DonorPerfect, or similar CRM).
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset and commitment to equity and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community giving programs and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinate donor cultivation efforts including meetings, tours, and events.
• Support stewardship communications and donor acknowledgement letters.
