Job summary

Achievement First in New York seeks a strategic Senior Associate of Development to manage a portfolio of foundation grants and support our fundraising across the charter network. You will draft grant proposals and reports, coordinate with AF schools and departments to gather information, track deadlines in Salesforce, and help run donor events and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, non-profit management, business, HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in grant writing, fundraising, and/or private philanthropy or program coordination.
• Experience with nonprofit CRM database management and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of foundation grants and funder communications.
• Draft grant proposals and reports; coordinate across AF schools and departments.
• Track deadlines and grant spend-down in Salesforce.
