Job summary

Relay (Uneven Labs, Inc.) seeks a Senior Developer Success Engineer to make Relay the easiest path for developers to move value on-chain. You will work with integrators, shepherd complex implementations to completion, and translate learnings into better product and docs.

You will collaborate with the Customer team on both commercial and technical relationships, ensuring smooth integration journeys from first contact to healthy production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Developer Success, Developer Relations, or Solutions Engineering—or similar experience in software development.
• Experience owning high-stakes technical issues with external developers through resolution.
• Ability to prototype, debug, test, and verify production integrations independently.
• A body of developer-facing work-documentation, examples, demos, or tools—that made a technical product easier to use.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience with API-first, infrastructure, payments, fintech, or crypto products.
• Familiarity with SDK design, API evolution, and developer tooling.
• Experience building documentation or examples for AI coding agents.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern web development.

Responsibilities
