Job summary

Set Forth, LLC is seeking a Senior Developer to drive product development for our CRM/ERP platform from concept to completion. The role emphasizes AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and elevate the engineering organization.

You will architect, design, and implement new functionality, mentor junior developers, and participate in on-call support while adhering to information security policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Gemini) in a professional workflow.
• 2+ years of experience with hyper-scale cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with database systems (MySQL/MS SQL/Oracle).
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket or other source control.
• Experience with XML, SOAP, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop new functionality for CRM/ERP systems, adapting to evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI coding assistants as a core daily workflow while ensuring correctness, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues across languages and systems.
• Collaborate with developers to design, build, and maintain applications.
• Optimize existing code and database structures for performance.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps tooling.
