n8n GmbH is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to lead community initiatives, engage automation and no-code enthusiasts, and drive educational content. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to align community feedback with product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech, with at least 2 years in Developer Relations.
• Experience building and nurturing communities across multiple channels (Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking & events).
• You identify as a teacher and a learner, a builder and a doer, a mentor and a communicator.
• Empathetic, inclusive, warm, enthusiastic, with a passion for helping people.
• Passionate about automation, no code and open source.

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of our community, interacting with a global audience of automation, no-code, and open source enthusiasts.
• Provide advocacy, support, education, and build relationships with the most active members.
• Create and implement plans to build, enable and nurture our community.
• Design and implement events, meetups, livestreams, videos, blogs, courses, social media and partnerships.
• Represent community needs internally with engineering, product and marketing teams.
• Develop our partner network and explore co-marketing opportunities.
• Monitor success metrics and adjust efforts to achieve goals.
